These Japanese cheese knives are the perfect combination of function and unique style. Pick from the triangle-shaped hard cheese knife or the serrated edged soft cheese knife. Made from stainless steel and natural Japanese zelkova wood, these knifes are so intentional in their design and are intended to be easy on the hands .

Soft cheese knife: About 8.75"total length. Can be used for a wide variety of cheese ranging from soft to semi-hard. The pointed tip is handy for peeling off the rind of washed-rind cheeses, while the finely serrated edge can neatly slice soft tomatoes and fruits.

Hard cheese knife: About 6.5"  total length. The triangular shape is perfect for cutting and crushing aged hard cheeses such as parmagiano-reggiano. Say hello to smooth cutting and minimal crumbs!

Morinoki by Shizu Hamono. Shizu Hamono is a Japanese company known for its high-quality cutlery and knives. Based in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, they are in an area renowned for traditional sword-making and cutlery production, dating back over 700 years. Seki City is often referred to as the “City of Blades” and is famous for producing some of the finest blades in the world. 


SHIPPING POLICY: 

We apply a $10 flat rate for standard ground shipping on orders shipped within the United States, with some exclusions for fragile,  heavy, or oversized items. 

Leather Bags: Most Stitch and Tickle leather items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to ship. We’re happy to accommodate faster turn around times when possible. Items from the shop ship within 3 business days when in stock. Please let us know if you’re on a tight deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate. 

Other items from the shop: If in stock, we ship at least  twice a week, i.e. usually within 3 business days from when you placed your order.  In the event that some items are on backorder from our suppliers, you will be notified as soon as possible with expected ship date. 

Most items ship via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on pickups and rates (which vary often).   Stitch and Tickle is not responsible for items lost in transit or after delivery. Customers will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once their order ships and it is the customer's responsibility to track and collect their package at delivery to minimize the risk of loss or theft. Stitch and Tickle is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

International orders: Exact shipping charges will be quoted at checkout  depending on the chosen shipping method.
