Care:
1. **HAND WASH ONLY:** please avoid machine washing. Instead, wash gently by hand us
ing cold water.
2. **USE A MILD DETERGENT:** Opt for a gentle, non-bleach detergent to prevent any dam
age to the fabric.
3. **DO NOT WRING OR TWIST:** Wringing or twisting the garment can cause deformation
or damage. After washing, gently squeeze out excess water without twisting.
4. **HANG TO DRY:** To maintain the shape and quality of the garment, hang it to dry in a
well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight. Avoid using a tumble dryer as this can shrink or
warp the fabric.
6. **DO NOT DRY CLEAN:** The chemicals used in dry cleaning can harm the fabric. Please
refrain from dry cleaning this garment.
METALLIC FOIL NOTICE: The metallic foil coating on this nylon fabric is only surface deep
and may flake off over a few wears. This fabric is not meant for everyday use.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We apply a $10 flat rate for standard ground shipping on orders shipped within the United States, with some exclusions for fragile, heavy, or oversized items.
Leather Bags: Most Stitch and Tickle leather items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to ship. We’re happy to accommodate faster turn around times when possible. Items from the shop ship within 3 business days when in stock. Please let us know if you’re on a tight deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Other items from the shop: If in stock, we ship at least twice a week, i.e. usually within 3 business days from when you placed your order. In the event that some items are on backorder from our suppliers, you will be notified as soon as possible with expected ship date.
Most items ship via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on pickups and rates (which vary often). Stitch and Tickle is not responsible for items lost in transit or after delivery. Customers will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once their order ships and it is the customer's responsibility to track and collect their package at delivery to minimize the risk of loss or theft. Stitch and Tickle is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
