The Sowa Winter Festival is returning starting the Friday after Thanksgiving!

Please make sure to mark your calendar for the 2023 Sowa Winter Festival!  It was a very festive event last year and everyone absolutely loved it.  This year, it is running for 3 weeks in a row starting the Friday after Thanksgiving (see exact dates below).

It's just one block from the shop, and all the retail shops, galleries and artist studios will be open during the festival hours.  Our street, Thayer Street, will have heated seating areas under the multitude of holiday lights (+ food and wine on the weekends).

This year, the Festival has assembled over 110 of the region’s best makers, artists, designers, and specialty vendors together in the same location, the old Power Station. 

Please make sure to explore the open artist studios, galleries, showrooms, and retail shops on Thayer St. The Vintage Market located in the basement of our building will also be open. 

The full Winter Festival dates and hours are:

WHEN:

Friday – Sunday, Nov 25 – 27
Wednesday – Sunday, Nov 30 – Dec 4
Wednesday – Sunday, Dec 7 – 11

FESTIVAL HOURS :

Black Friday: 10am – 10pm (our shop open same hours)
Other Fridays: 4pm – 10pm (our shop open 11am to 10pm)
Saturdays: 10am – 10pm (our shop open same hours)
Sundays: 10am – 9pm (our shop open same hours)
Wednesdays and Thursdays: 4pm – 9pm (our shop open 11-9pm)
Mondays and Tuesdays: CLOSED (our shop open Mondays 12-5)
